Meet Chassidy
My name is Chassidy Davis-Evans. I was born and raised in Chatsworth, Ga. I graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2015 with my post-master’s Nurse Practitioner degree.
I have spent the majority of my nursing and nurse practitioner career in the Emergency Department. I am double board certified in Family and Emergency medicine. I have two handsome, rambunctious little boys named John Parker and Shep.
I have always had a passion for aesthetic medicine. I have been certified in Botox and Dermal fillers since 2012.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
When you book an appointment, we reserve that time just for you, so when you cancel with inadequate time, we do not get to fill that appointment. When we don't have an appointment, we do not get paid.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be expected to pay 50% of the service booked.
If canceled an hour or less before the appointment, 100% of payment will be expected.
